Ancient Greek is the language in which the texts of our ancient cultural heritage are written. As a lesson in the classroom, it tries to teach the life of the ancient Greek culture in the various aspects of everyday life as well as great works by leading authors. The dialectical relationship between student and lesson is the goal, and to achieve this, the lesson must be presented appropriately and in a well-structured way.

If the lesson begins to be taught methodically from the beginning of its teaching in the first grade of high school, without creating gaps that can be transferred from class to class, the ancients can become an educational lesson with words like "freedom", "democracy", "Ethics" and "law" to function as invaluable values of human life. The course is taught through the systematic study of texts from translation, which come mainly from two literary genres, the epic and the tragedy, and secondarily from the historiography and the philosophical discourse, while at the same time the morphology of the ancient Greek language is approached through analysis of texts from the original. .
