Courses and weighting factors
In the Panhellenic exams, 4 total courses are examined. In Modern Greek Language-Literature and Mathematics with a weighting factor of 1.5 in both specialty courses with a weighting factor of 3.5.
Admission to Universities
1. In the polytechnics and in the Departments of Medicine, Dentistry, Veterinary, Physics, Biology and Geology depending on the graduation sector at a rate of 5%.
2. In University Schools and Departments related to the graduation sector at a rate of 10%.
3. In ASPAITE and in the Higher Schools of Tourism Education depending on the graduation sector at a rate of 20%.
4. In the Higher Military Schools of Non-Commissioned Officers of the Armed Forces, in the School of Policemen, in the School of Probation Porters, in the School of Firefighters and in the Merchant Navy Academies (AEN) in a special percentage, determined every year by decision of the Ministry of Education and not from the graduation sector.
